Abstract
By analysing signed texts form Deir el-Medine and elswhere in Egypte it could be prooved, that the use of "klassical" school texts stopped during the reign of king Ramesses IV (about 1140 BC). Diglossie doesn't exists anymore at the end of the New Kingdom.
