Abstract

One of the contentious political issues of Brexit is the protection of persons who have excercised EU rights. The article looks at this issue from a comparative perspective, including in particular the rules of the law of the European Economic Area Agreement and the agreement on the free movement of persons between the EU and Switzerland.
